Purchase Ledger Clerk/ Leicestershire/ Hinckley/ Temporary/ £23,000-25,000

Macildowieare excited to be working with a brilliant business based in
Leicestershire looking to add an experienced
Purchase Ledger to their team.

This is a
temporaryopportunity with the potential to go
permanent.

They are looking for someone who can get stuck in from day one, and hit the ground running.


They offer full office working
Monday - Friday doing 37.5 hours a week in a flexible time framethe salary for this role is
£23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.

This has the potential to move extremely quickly, perfect for someone on a short-term notice or immediately available.


THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ownership of the purchase ledger
  • Matching, coding and posting
- invoices to the correct nominal codes

  • Reconciliations
  • Making invoice payments
  • Execute BACS payment run
  • Ensure all invoices are receipted in correctly
  • Month end reporting and closing of ledger

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience of Purchase Ledger role
  • Proactive
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
  • Reliable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
  • Good excel skills (vlookup, pivots)
