Due to the promotion of one of our Assistant Directors, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated senior leader to join our corporate leadership team and senior leadership team respectively, to help shape and deliver our journey of improvement, change and transformation in Children's Services.

We hold our children, young people and families at the heart of everything we do, embedding relationship-based practice to get the very best outcomes.

We need two highly capable, committed leaders with a proven understanding of effective work practice that improves the lives of our children and young people and a desire to help us achieve our ambitions.
