Position Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Utilize extensive experience in telecom network OR & MDU environments to effectively supervise cable installation teams and ensure project goals are met.
Maintain productivity objectives established by higher management, implementing strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Oversee underground, overhead PIA, and trenching telecom network installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Leverage expertise in GPON Technology, FTTH/FTTX, FTTM, and other telecom technologies to support project execution and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Facilitate the splicing of singlemode and multicore fiber optic cables, ensuring precision and accuracy to maintain network integrity.
Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address project requirements, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Technical Knowledge
Splicing Proficiency
Team Leadership
Experience overseeing underground, overhead PIA
Strong understanding of single and multimode fibers
Expertise in GPON Technology, FTTH/FTTX, FTTM, and other telecom technologies
Extensive experience in supervising cable installation teams in telecom network Outside Plant (OSP) and Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) environments
