Job description:


Person specification:


  • Demonstrate a personal dedication to the DIO Guiding Principles and 'Safety First' value
  • Contract deliverables assurance both on and off the Estate
  • Stakeholder management
  • Property inspections to determine condition and inspection of building works
  • Resolution of complaints
  • In occupation queries and working with supply chain partners to resolve difficulties
  • Total patch management with strong emphasis on improvement strategy
  • Identification of supply chain capability gaps
  • Ensure local compliance with legislative and mandatory requirement
  • Management of the Public Finance Initiative (PFI) properties including move in/move out appointments, raising work orders, over seeing maintenance works and void checks

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • The ability to demonstrate Functional Competences EM1.5 &1.7 is desirable.
  • This post will include significant daily travel within the areas of business all of which have a wide geographic spread and will include the use of government provided vehicle.

Licences:


  • Full UK driving license essential as driving is an integral part of the role
