    Job Title: Business Development Executive

    About the Role:

    We are partnering with a highly successful bespoke trailer solutions company to find an ambitious Business Development Executive who will be instrumental in expanding their client base further and supporting the growth of their safety-focused, high-quality trailer solutions service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and identify new business opportunities, qualifying leads and supporting the sales team's success.
    • Build and nurture client relationships, qualifying database contacts, analysing fleet sizes, and identifying key decision-makers.
    • Collaborate closely with the face-to-face (F2F) team to transition clients for discovery calls and further consultative discussions.
    • Maintain accurate, organised records within the CRM to support follow-up and monitor KPI progress.

    About You:

    • A confident communicator skilled in phone-based communication with an engaging, customer-first approach.
    • A results-driven individual thriving in a target-driven environment with minimal micromanagement.
    • A collaborative team player who participates in daily sales huddles, regular one-on-one meetings, and provides updates on KPI progress.
