We are looking for a Vulnerability Remediation Consultant who will act as Vulnerability Remediation Co-ordinator.

You will provide Vulnerability Remediation Co-ordination & Development contemplated, the delivery of Vulnerability Remediation Development will be on a reasonable endeavours approach with priority given to Vulnerability Remediation Co-ordination at all times.

What you'll do

  • Support the client in remediation/mitigation of vulnerabilities identified by the Managed VM Service by providing guidance on:
  • Vulnerability analysis and associated risk exposure
  • Proposed remediation/ mitigation activity
  • Remediation/mitigation scheduling
  • Help teams in the preparation and raising of required change records to support proposed remediation/mitigation activity.
  • Monitor progress of remediation/ mitigation of vulnerabilities identified by the Managed VM Service, tracking associated risk exposure.
  • Work with supporting teams to ensure appropriate remediation/ mitigation schedules/risk acceptance is in place and adhered to, highlighting and escalating any discrepancies where required.
  • Regular report on progress of remediation/mitigation of vulnerabilities identified by the Managed VM Service, and impact on associated risk exposure.
How you'll grow

With a broad range of experience as a Senior Security Engineer, you can potentially progress into a technical leadership role as an Engineering Lead.

Alternatively, you can transfer into a more customer facing role and become a Consultant, provided you have experience or potential to develop your consultancy skills.

What you'll bring
A degree in a STEM related discipline or equivalent experience. Certified Access Specialist (CASP+) certification is required.
