At SustainIt our passion is making data meaningful so we can drive positive change in the world We specialise is sustainability data management as well as EHS system support and management.

Our client support team are a skilled group of data analysts and system specialists who work day in and day out on a wide variety of EHS Software platforms.


After a year of growth and new clients joining our portfolio we are looking for a System Support Executive to join the team.

This is an entry level role with the opportunity to learn from a variety of experienced system specialists but to also mould and carve out your own career pathway.


The person we are looking for will be motivated to get stuck in and constantly looking for new and innovative ways to support our clients.

As a member of the client support team you will glide between multiple projects and varying types of work to facilitate our clients infrastructure and sustainability reporting requirements.

Intermediate excel skills and technical knowledge (or active interest) of enterprise systems are key to this role.


We offer a hybrid working lifestyle but do ask our team are in the office a minimum of 2 days per week in the Bristol office.


Key areas of the role:


  • Work across a range of customers and projects, from project inception, through execution, and ongoing managed support
  • Identify and provide solutions for clients with help desk queries
  • Be motivated to constantly be looking for new and innovative methods to support our clients
  • Work closely with the System Support Manager to improve KPI metrics
  • Take responsibility by showing clear communication skills that supports strong project management
  • Provide technical support for software, including (but not exhaustive) system development, enhancements, upgrades and efficient usability training
  • Ensure the client knowledgebase is always up to date with client processes

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
