Job Description:

A SaaS start-up team in the Midlands is looking for a Marketing Executive (SaaS).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our SaaS products.

Hydrid - 3 days on-site / 2 days work from home


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our website and other digital marketing assets to improve user experience, search engine rankings, and conversion rates.
• Develop and maintain a content marketing strategy that includes creating blog posts, case studies, white papers, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute accountbased marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and retention.
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance and use data to optimize future marketing initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a fastpaced startup or highgrowth environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, or similar is a plus.
