Field Supervisor.

Duties and responsibilities
- Having daytoday responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating standards of care provided in the community
- Conducting spot checks ensuring that the client receives the appropriate care package; report any are of concern to the Branch Manager/care coordinator
- Ensuring new and junior staff are assessed as competent before undertaking (enhanced) roles
- Ensuring own knowledge, skills and expertise is up to date
- Participating in the ON CALL rota and stepping in as senior care worker if necessary
- Conducting client satisfaction questionnaires
- Ensuring PPE and Care folders are in customers' homes
Desirable
- Flexible and reliable
- Driver with clean driving licence
- Previous experiences as a supervisor or high within a domiciliary _home_ care services working with both vulnerable children and adult
