Chestnut Court Care Home provides care for 23 residents in a comfortable, safe and homely environment and is based in the centre of New Milton, Hampshire.
The home is part of Beritaz Care which is a small, well established family owned group with care homes in Surrey, Hampshire and Dorset.

Person Specification:
- Able to work independently; to prioritise and organise work efficiently
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with residents and staff
- Able to demonstrate the ability to engage residents in group activities
- Previous experience as an activities assistant preferred
- Positive, outgoing and creative
- Able to motivate people and be sensitive to their needs
- Good communicator at all levels
- Understanding and awareness of resident living in the care home setting (dementia, elderly, Learning disabilities)

Full time (30 hours per week)
