Location:
London (Opportunities to work on our sites in Oxford and Manchester too)


Working hours: 40 hours contract. Shifts between 7am & 6pm to suit. Monday to Friday. One weekend day per month.


Pay Rate:
£25,000 - £30,000 Depending on Experience, skills and knowledge.

Job Purpose


As our Visual Merchandiser, your main goal will be to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our restaurant and retail areas.

You will play a key role in creating a visually stimulating environment that reflects our brand's identity, promotes our products, and influences consumer purchasing decisions.

This role is perfect for individuals who have an eye for detail, love for food, and a passion for creating engaging displays that attract and delight our customers.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies in both the restaurant and retail spaces.
  • Creating eyecatching displays and layouts that enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Working closely with the branding, creative, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute promotional displays.
  • Monitoring industry trends
  • Research and stay ahead of visual merchandising developments.
  • Regularly analysing the performance of displays and making adjustments to maximise sales.
  • Maintaining inventory of visual display supplies and materials.
  • Ensuring consistency of visual merchandising presentation in line with brand standards.

What We Are Looking For:


  • Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, ideally within the restaurant or retail sectors.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and successful projects.
  • High level of creativity with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of current trends in food, retail, and visual merchandising.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and last minute demands
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Interesting for Japanese Culture

Skill Set:


  • Familiar with Microsoft office and/or Google drive (Essential)
  • Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
