Typical duties will include but not be limited to:
- Updating and maintaining the customer database including entering daily shipments, and customer information
- Answering customer service calls from customers, resolving, and assisting with issues where possible
- Log and monitor charges for daily shipments
- Communicate with wholesaler representatives where necessary
- Take payments over the telephone
- Liaise with partner companies regarding referrals
- Use the direct debit system to set up/alter customer direct debits
- Liaise with all necessary departments to update databases and paperwork regarding changes to shops, including collections of tills, managing promotions, monitoring deadlines and till disablements
- Responsible for additions and alterations to customers' own promotions
- Monitoring and purchase of stationery, general and postage supplies, keeping records and filing.

To be successful you must have a proven track record in customer service, confident and professional communication skills and be able to multitask.
