Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Executive to join the team as they transfer their customer service operations from an external supplier to establishing a brand new, professional in-house team working directly at their Head Officein Swindon.


They are looking for an exceptional customer service professional to provide outstanding customer handling and service to our customer, dealers, and internal colleagues.

This role also includes Aftersales dealer support with the parts and technical areasof business and maintaining competitive parts and accessory pricing analysis.


Responsibilities:


  • Daily customer contact management
  • Daily parts look up management
  • Some technical support management
  • Database management via salesforce
  • Supporting aftersales team with specific requests
  • Supporting dealer standards data base administration
  • Keeping records of activities with regular reporting to the Customer and Technical Manager
  • Initiate continuous improvements actions into the role, systems, and processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • To administer and maintain competitive parts and accessory pricing analysis
  • Delivery of training where required
  • Anything else that is a reasonable request to ensure the Aftersales operation is reacting to the commercial environment.
Experience Required

  • Prior customer services experience
  • Salesforce experience (desirable)
  • Maths GCSE pass (or equivalent)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to details
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and prioritise tasks
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and experience in data management
Hours of work are Monday to Friday pm
