Are you a Senior Credit Controller or Credit Control Supervisor ready for a new challenge in a welcoming and family-feel environment?

We are currently looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join our awesome client based just outside Northampton, as they continue their mission to provide their customers with affordable vehicle finance, with outstanding service.

You'll be managing a team of Credit Controllers, ensuring they have the skills, tools and support they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience, whilst keeping the arrears down.

To be successful you'll be a proven credit control professional, with experience of leading and developing a team who consistently deliver on their targets.

You'll be fully up to speed with FCA regulations and debt recovery options, and have significant experience conducting quality assessments to ensure agreements have been worked correctly, and feel confident preparing daily figures, handling data and creating management financial reports.

As a family-run business, the working environment has a real family feel to it, the team are super supportive, and people love working here.

They are offering a salary of up to £35,000 pa with an annual bonus and pay reviews as standard, healthcare plan, plus holiday allowance of 23 days plus BHs.
