We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated housekeeper to become part of the Research Team at the National Institute for Health Research UCLH Clinical Research Facility (CRF).
The Leonard Wolfson Experimental Neurology Centre is a dedicated neuroscience experimental medicine facility at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) at Queen Square (QS); the NIHR UCLH Clinical Research Facility is a comprehensive Cancer and Medical research facility on the Bloomsbury Campus (BC) at 170 Tottenham Court Road.

We are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of many complex illnesses. UCLH specialises in women's health and the treatment of cancer, infection, neurological, gastrointestinal and oral disease. It has world class support services including critical care, imaging, nuclear medicine and pathology.
We are looking for an individual who will welcome visitors and orientate them to the ward/department; advise on local routines and available amenities; communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with the multidisciplinary team, patients and their family/visitors/carers and providing effective customer care; respond appropriately to requests for general information, take phone messages and pass on written and verbal information as required; maintain patient confidentiality; maintain professional boundaries and working relationships with patients and colleagues and respect the privacy and dignity of patients and their family/visitors/carers while carrying out housekeeping duties
