Reed HR are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven
HR Business Partner on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours:35 per week Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working option
- Parking on site and local to train station (8 minute walk)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Developing the HR agenda
- Developing the HR strategy, policies, and procedures
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity
- Structuring compensation and benefit packages for all employees
- Managing employee wellness
- Improving relations between managers and employers
- Evaluating recruitment needs
- Engaging with line managers
- Employee relations
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5/7 qualified or studying
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problemsolving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to handle sensitive data
