Reed HR are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven
HR Business Partner on a full time, permanent basis.
-
Hours:35 per week Monday to Friday

  • Hybrid working option
  • Parking on site and local to train station (8 minute walk)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing the HR agenda
  • Developing the HR strategy, policies, and procedures
  • Improving and monitoring employee productivity
  • Structuring compensation and benefit packages for all employees
  • Managing employee wellness
  • Improving relations between managers and employers
  • Evaluating recruitment needs
  • Engaging with line managers
  • Employee relations

Requirements:


  • CIPD Level 5/7 qualified or studying
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle sensitive data
