Great news We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Co-Ordinator to join our Retail Sales Team based in our Leeds office.

We're looking for someone who is a strong multitasker and can handle various requests and admin tasks, supporting the wider Retail Sales team to deliver.

The Sales Operations Co-ordinator plays a vital part in our Sales function, supporting Account Managers with administration, key customer contact and reporting on sales figures.

This is a busy and varied role with exposure to lots of areas of the Sales team.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position (dependant on start date) so is a great opportunity to boost your career and gain exposure to various functions.

Your Future :
What will I be doing?

Provide support to the Head of Sales and UK account management teams across Pizza and Cake.
Download, track and interpret sales data from retailer systems
Completion of retailer administrative tasks such as product new line forms and promotional submissions within required deadlines,
Completion of internal administrative tasks such as weekly price file checks, internal sales tracker updates and finance reports
Updating, maintaining and communicating content to our Reach Field Sales Team
Diarising meetings, and following up with notes and actions
Being the go to day to day contact for other departments/customers in the business including our Reach Field Team, including presenting them with a monthly update.
Attending to Sales meetings

Your Strengths:
What skills do I need to succeed?

IT literate (Microsoft Office) and highly numerate.
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Able to find and propose solutions
An analytical mindset and great data interpretation skills
You are selfmotivated and have a "Can Do "mentality.
Team player
Passionate about food
Eagerness to challenge and ask questions
Knowledge of FMCG or retail market ideal but not essential

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, LS15) and we are currently operating on a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are worked in the office, and the rest at home.

You must need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
