Description

The main duties include:

  • Supervising a busy team and providing support on a daily basis
  • Achieving call targets and SLA's
  • Providing solutions to customer and dealing with any complaints
  • Recording all customer case information onto the CRM system correctly
  • Sales support administration including invoicing
