Juice is thrilled to be working with a well-established property agency based in Bath on their search for a Property Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

We'd love to see someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

You will be an integral member of the team guaranteeing that tenancies are handled effectively, professionally and that all assets in the properties are looked after.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to -

Being the first point of contact for Tenants and Landlords
Managing keys (key boxes, key returns, key collections, key cutting)
Raising work orders, booking in quotes, contractors, and suppliers
Overseeing movingin and movingout documentation
Ensuring compliance is adhered to
Staying in touch with tenants following check ins
Sending out welcome packs
Assisting with deposit negotiations and confirmations
Booking inspections
Invoicing vacating tenants
Block management
