Summary
Main duties will include

  • Understanding & interpreting Design Engineers' specification
  • Use of AutoCAD Electrical to compile drawings
  • Producing drawing packs for issue to internal colleagues and clients
  • Generating technical queries where required
  • Working with colleagues in the design and manufacturing teams to update drawings
  • Recent electrical drawing experience, preferably using AutoCAD Electrical
  • Any electrical qualification or design experience would be an advantage
  • Highly selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Good organisational skills, excellent punctuality and timekeeping
Knowledge

  • 3phase motor starters (DOL, Inverter etc.)
  • PLC Systems
  • ATEX design
  • Experience of working to Quality systems ISO 9001Salary dependant on experience and qualifications
- Purely Mechanical CAD experience is not enough for this role*
