Description
This is unique opportunity to work in-house for a niche, boutique law firm managing the facilities for their London head office of approximately 160 staff plus 2 small regional offices.
The role involves;- Management of all aspects of the facilities services including reception, post, archiving, security, maintenance and cleaning;
- Management of an inhouse facilities team;
- Management of the Firm's overall health and safety function and compliance;
- Procurement of facilities services and supplies
- Renewal and administration of the Firm's insurances;
- Business continuity policy and procedures
- Space management
- Project management
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £85,000.00 per year
