Description

This is unique opportunity to work in-house for a niche, boutique law firm managing the facilities for their London head office of approximately 160 staff plus 2 small regional offices.

The role involves;

Management of all aspects of the facilities services including reception, post, archiving, security, maintenance and cleaning;
Management of an inhouse facilities team;
Management of the Firm's overall health and safety function and compliance;
Procurement of facilities services and supplies
Renewal and administration of the Firm's insurances;
Business continuity policy and procedures
Space management
Project management
