Do you have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant? Enthusiastic about teaching and supporting children? Have a Level 3 in childcare?

If so, we have an amazing opportunity to join a primary school in Hounslow who are looking for a fulltime, reliable and confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant or HLTA who is confident enough to support primary aged pupils.

You will be supporting year groupsfrom EYFS-KS2 as a HLTA.

We are recruiting for a HLTA for a Primary School so recent experience working with children is essential in this role and preferably a HLTA to cover classes, PPA, ECT time, SLT time or staff sickness.

The role:

As a HLTA you will need to assist with the learning of pupils
Provide 1:1 and inclass support for pupils when needed
Carry out other duties as may be reasonably requested by the class Teacher
Ensure all pupils have equal opportunities to learn and develop
Contribute towards a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

Available to work Immediately and from 8:30 to 4pm, Monday to Friday:

Need excellent verbal communication skills for motivating children to learn
Recent experience working with children in a school environment
Either live in Hounslow or within a commutable distance
