The Practice

Bradbury Dental Centre is a 3-surgery practice, providing mixed
NHS and Private treatments, situated in a fantastic location that boasts state-of-the-art equipment. We have a passionate team of expert dentists, nurses and key staff to help deliver state-of-the-art treatments and service excellence. Part of our success is the closeness of the team and the strong bond that brings us all together which we think is reflected in our patient reviews.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities include:

Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanour, making them feel welcome and at ease
Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
Collaborate closely with our dental team to coordinate patient appointments and optimize office efficiency
Provide administrative support, including managing patient files, ordering supplies, and other general office duties as needed
Follow treatment plans for private Dentists
Make appropriate private treatment bookings
Offer finance options to patients
Work with private Dentists to promote treatments

Requirements and skills:

Previous experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our patients and team.
