We aim to improve Kent's swimming ability by delivering classes to children, adults to develop their strength, technique and confidence in the water in a fun and educational mannor.

Job description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about enabling everyone to learn to swim.

We need a hard-working individual who can engage with customers from babies all the way up to adults. Excellent Communication is a vital skill as you will be required to communicate with teachers, participants, and their families. Every day will be different.

You will be proactive and able to identify an issue before it arises so you can adapt to the situation which is in front of you.

We believe in offering an outstanding service for all who come through our doors and want every customer to have the best possible customer experience enabling everyone to enjoy the water and all its benefits as much as we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and Greeting clients and children
• Answering the phone
• Informs clients by answering queries or directing/referring them appropriately
• Keeps a safe, clean, and tidy reception area
• Supports continuity among colleagues by documenting and communicating actions, complaints, irregularities and queries.
• Works directly for and under management
• Cash handling.
• Writing out certificates and processing payments as instructed during training or by Teachers.
• Taking payments for lessons as instructed during training.
• Reading timesheets and marking off students as they enter.
• Taking payments for private lesson students.
• Key holding till key at all times when on the premises
• Directing clients around the pool, to toilets and/or changing rooms
• Assisting with first aid when required
• Lifeguarding the pool when required
