We are currently recruiting for a Practice Lead, for our state-of-the-art, award-winning dental practice in the heart of Reading.

Reading Smiles is part of the reputable Smile Rooms Group. Our mission is to provide exceptional dental care and create positive experiences for our patients. The Smile Rooms group is the largest Invisalign provider in the UK and Europe.

We have a mixture of Cosmetic and Specialist Clinicians who are motivated and driven to improve the oral health of our community.

We are a private practice and welcome applicants with both NHS and Private experience. This is a full-time, permanent role, with a flexible working pattern.

The role will be working as part of our Front of House Team where you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day administration of patient support, including reception cover and handling all patient enquires.

You will also be supporting the Practice Manager with a variety of projects such as financial reporting, rota coordination as well as deputising in certain areas of the practice as and when required.

Attributes you will hold:

• Previous experience of working as a Head Nurse or similar.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for every individual.

Knowledge of SOE would be advantageous.
