Our client, a prominent figure known for its sustained commitment to staff development, mínimal turnover rates, and a leading position in civil engineering and infrastructure with a strong emphasis on renewables, is actively searching for a Site Agent.

This is a permanent role which will involve travel throughout Scotland.

As a Site Agent you will play pivotal roles in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of projects.


In light of recent successes and projects wins, our client is expanding its team and actively seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their ranks, focusing on projects throughout Scotland.

As integral members of the team, you will play pivotal roles in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of infrastructure and renewable projects.


You should be an excellent leader and have great interpersonal skills, as well as the following:

  • Carry out regular safety audits.
  • Assure that all work is carried out to company safety procedures.
  • Lead, guide and mentor members of the project team when required.
  • Maintaining good on/off site working relationships.
  • Manging site logistics to maximise production.
  • Ensuring contracts are delivered safely on time, within budget and to the clients specification.
  • Effectively managing any project delays.

Applicants must have the following:


  • A Civil Engineering related degree.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager
- delivering infrastructure and/or renewables projects.

  • Previous civil engineering experience is essential.
  • Appropriate knowledge of health and safety policies.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Valid CSCS.
  • SMSTS qualified.
  • A full UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel to site when required.
