Clayton Legal is a leading recruitment consultancy that specializes in the legal sector.

We are working with a reputable and well-established law firm that is looking for a Solicitor to join as Head of Department for their Private Client team.

As the Head of Department, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing the team, which handles a range of matters such as wills, trusts, probate, tax and estate planning.

You will also handle your own caseload of complex and high-value cases, providing excellent service and advice to your clients.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have at least 7 years PQE (or equivalent) experience in Private Client work, with a proven track record of managing and growing a team.

You should also have excellent communication, leadership and business development skills, as well as a strong academic background.
