Leominster

Full Time - Permanent - 39 Hours

Salary - £25,346.88 PLUS £45 per sleep in


Are you a passionate and dedicated individual seeking a fulfilling career as a Team Coordinator? Look no further Wolf Healthcare Hereford are currently hiring for the position of Team Coordinator at clients' adults residential homes in beautiful Leominster.

The two facilities are known for providing outstanding care to their residents.

Wolf Healthcare's client have a unique approach where mínimal personal care is required, focusing mainly on verbal prompting and little challenging behaviour.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a nurturing personality and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

As Team Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential home.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and leading a team of dedicated caregivers, managing schedule and assignments, and aiding residents as needed.


Team Coordinator requirements:


  • An NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a care/support setting
  • Good IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,346.88 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bodenham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
