We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ganger to join our team.

As a Ganger, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of construction workers on-site.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, including laborers, machine operators, and other tradespeople.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and capabilities, ensuring that work is distributed evenly and efficiently.
Manage resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and hazards.
Identify issues or obstacles that may arise during construction activities and implement solutions in a timely manner to keep the project on track.
Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work progress, manpower allocation, and any incidents or delays encountered onsite.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Ganger or similar role in the construction industry.
Indepth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents.
Relevant certifications or licenses may be required depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the projects.
