Careaid Limited is looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator for its Bow, London Office.Careaid Limited is an expanding domiciliary care agency that provides care support for the service users to continue living safely and independently in their own homes.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position for Care Coordinator.Care coordinator is key to ensuring that the continuity of care for all of our service users. Applicants must have held a Care Coordinator position in a domiciliary care agency for at least two years.

The Care Coordinator's duties will include:
- Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users.
- Completing care workers' rotas and managing the roster software.
- Ensuring that service user and care worker files are updated
- Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers' attendance and timeliness for visits.
- Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users.
- Conducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service quality.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Involve with recruitment.
- Managing care workers and conducting care worker supervisions.
- Representing the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners;
- Attending training events and ensuring that skills and knowledge of industry best practice is kept uptodate;
- Ensuring that our service complies with CQC requirements.
- Ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
- Supporting Care Manager and assisting with day to day running of the branch.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Domiciliary Care Coordination.
- Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written.
- Great team player.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Effective organisational and multitasking skills.
- Awareness of key business principles.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Willing to work weekend.
- Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle (preferable).
- Familiarity in
CM2000 and any other care management software (optional).
Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least one year's experience as the Care Coordinator of a domiciliary care agency.
- Obtained minimum Level 3 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF).
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
