Supervision and Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring a safe and positive environment for dogs.

Canine Care: Provide hands-on care for dogs, including feeding, grooming, and administering medication as needed.

Customer Service: Interact with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on their pets, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Training and Development: Train staff on dog handling techniques, customer service protocols, and safety procedures.

Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and hygienic facility, adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all dogs and staff.

Reporting: Keep detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any health concerns, providing regular reports to management.
Essentials:

Driving Licence: Ability to drive is essential for transporting dogs and managing daily operations.

Level 3 in Animal Behaviour or Equivalent: Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of canine behavior and care.

Flexible Working Hours: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our clients and their pets.
Desirable Qualities:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a pet care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for animals and a genuine desire to provide the best care possible.
