  • Respond to all queries in a timely fashion
  • Provide customer with training via outbound calls

Profile

  • Solid understanding of accounting processes
  • Practical accounting experience
  • Computerliterate
  • Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting software
  • Ability to provide great customer service with experience from doing this in a previous role
Salary/Level will be dependent on experience.


Graduate/Assistant

  • Accounting qualification
  • Some form of accounts/bookkeeping work experience

Mid-Level

  • Experience working with payroll RTI/VAT
  • Previous accounts assistant/bookkeeping experience

Senior Level

  • Experience working with payroll RTI/VAT
  • Previous accounts assistant/bookkeeping experience
  • People Management skills
