Sales / Procurement Administrator - Sheffield
Salary £26,000 per annum

Permanent position

Monday to Friday / 35 hours per week / Start and finishing times negotiable


Responsibilities:


  • Working directly with the Sales Manager and sales Director
  • Analyse customer data in spreadsheet format to identify products within the company stock range
  • Analyse and extract data in spreadsheets and data formats
  • Maintaining and developing Excel spreadsheets for tracking the company's largest customers and suppliers
  • Ensure accuracy and customer deadlines are met
  • PC literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (advanced level essential including Vlookup and the use of formulas)
  • Customer Focused
  • Highly numerate and articulate with good communication and telephone /customer facing skills
  • Sale/Commercial knowledge
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and to timescales
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Ideally have the experience using sage 200
