    Job Description:

    The Sales Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Modernization Sales Executives, driving proactivity across the modernization portfolio.

    This position involves collaborating with sales executives to focus on the Kone 2025 growth plan and providing support to the sales team with tendering Kone campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Determine the best KONE product fit for each inquiry and ensure Smart tendering on projects and customers where we will have success.
    2. Develop CRM dashboards to support market analysis activities and analyze CRM Win/Loss data to maximize CM2%.
    3. Raise CRM survey requests and drive the simplification of KONE pricing tools and tendering.
    4. Complete LILO calculations when needed and provide customer proposals (budget and full) to the sales team.

    Essential Skills:

    1. Advanced Microsoft and CRM literacy.
    2. Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
    3. Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken).

    Requirements:

    1. Collaborate with CSE to ensure resources are utilized effectively and challenge unproductive processes.
    2. Work with the Operations team to determine the most cost-effective approach for tendering complex projects.
    3. Drive pro-active campaigns such as HydroMod, MonoMod, Car Deco, Door gears, TMS Controllers, and Obsolescence.
    4. Simplify pricing of repeat and local options and target a reduction in options currently in KTOC.
