Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team _(ELT)_ and College Senior Leadership Team _(SLT)_;
  • Provide strong, positive and inspirational leadership in the development and delivery of the Engineering curriculum;
  • Driving and developing outstanding provision through innovative and highquality delivery;_ and_
  • Marketing and promotion of the provision to employers and stakeholders.

Key Person Specification Requirements:


  • Degree _(or equivalent)_ in relevant discipline;
  • PGCE or CertEd;
  • Successful experience of teaching and coaching learners of varied ages, backgrounds and abilities;
  • Knowledge and understanding of awarding body standards and requirements;
  • Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in work and the learning environment;
  • Uptodate occupational experience; _and_
  • Enhanced DBS check.
