Estate Agent Negotiator or Property Manager - Experienced or Trainee

Salary k DOE inc commission.
Alternate Saturday working, early finish 4.30. Day off in Lieu.

This is a great opportunity to join a well established Estate Agency.

This is a new role due to expansion and tohelp with the current workload.

The role is a mixed role, the opportunity allows you to get involved in all aspects of property sales and lettings and getting involved in sales progression,from initial stages to exchange and completion.

You will have conversations with conveyancing solicitors in addition to vendors and buyers and other team members.


Having the opportunity to hold conversations with people at all levels and to build relationships and trust is an important part of this role, so being a people person and being approachable, professional and friendly.

Customer experience is at the heartof what they do, so your interpersonal skills and your ability to build rapport will be second to none.


Whether you excel at lettings negotiating or feel more comfortable getting involved in the full mix of sales, lettings, evaluations and viewings depends on what suits you.

This role comes with a good annual basic salary plus commission and the opportunityfor progression.
