Our clients, well-reputable Estate Agents with offices across Cornwall are looking for an experienced Receptionist & Marketing Administrator to join their team.
Working hours of a Receptionist & Marketing Administrator:
- Monday to Friday 8:45 am
- 5 pm
In return, our clients are offering the successful Receptionist & Marketing Administrator:
- £25,000 basic DOE
Ideally, to be considered for the Receptionist & Marketing Administrator role you must have the following:
- Have a strong work ethic, be quick to learn and have the ability to adapt
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be organised, computer literate and be able to work on their own
- Have background knowledge in agriculture (advantageous)
- Have sound knowledge of endtoend marketing strategy (advantageous)
- Have demonstrable experience in writing content and promotion via social media platforms
- Have a creative attitude and the ability to come up with fresh new ideas for our marketing strategy
- Have a full UK driving licence and own a vehicle
Key tasks of a Receptionist & Marketing Administrator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Assisting clients both face-to-face and by telephone
- Provide support to the auctioneers
- Create and run social media and emarketing content and campaigns that are engaging, grow followers and drive business opportunities
- Write, proofread, and create leaflets, brochures, catalogues for sale, market reports and other marketing materials including liaising with designers and printers if needed
- Undertake the management of the company website ensuring content is up to date maximising opportunities by data analytics
- Monitor/improve search engine optimisation and traffic to the company website
- Administer and control the marketing/advertising budget of the agricultural business
- Any other duties as required including contributing to necessary office tasks to ensure housekeeping
