Click Recruit are recruiting for our client in the Royton area for a production team leader.

Responsibilities:

Manage Fabrication function in line with operations strategy
Involvement in recruitment & interview process for new employees
Develop people through training, coaching and mentoring
Conduct personal development reviews and performance meetings with team members
Conduct investigations in disciplinary and grievance cases
Conduct informal meetings to address minor issues relating to conduct or performance
Liaise with external and internal customers and suppliers to meet order commitments
Plan department production schedules to meet order demand within agreed lead times
Allocate work to department.

Fabrication of aluminium profile experience

The Fabrication department operates on a shift system between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday.

Working hours will be on a bi-weekly rotation of 8.00am to 4.00pm in week 1, and 2.00pm to 10.00pm in week 2.

Some flexibility is required, and the pattern may change during periods of absence cover or production demand. Occasional weekend work may be required.
