Description

YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager to join their Client dealer network in the county of Hertfordshire.

You will need to have previous Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager experience and a full UK driving license.

Hours for the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager are based on a 45 hours per week, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays paid as overtime.


Duties for the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager:

Assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer objective.

Deliver gross profit in line with the business plan by maximising the number of hours sold, driving revenue per transaction, ensuring 100% adherence to the VHC process and motivating product sales.

Distribute and control the issue of work to the Technicians to maximise quality and overall efficiency.
Lead, motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve their daily objectives.
Ensure a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts availability.
Ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documentation for each repair.
Ensure that the manufacturer's warranty standards are adhered to at all times.

Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained in line with the Company's & Safety policy and that general housekeeping and appearance are maintained at a high standard.

The company are open to basic salaries, plus you will make bonus and overtime. This will be discussed at interview stage.
