    Job Title: Deputy Manager
    Location: Preston
    Pay Rate: £30,613.44
    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
    Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (on-call at the weekends)

    Priority Healthcare are excited to present this brand new opportunity for a Deputy Manager in a children's residential home in the Preston area.

    Salary & Benefits:
    1. Competitive salary: Between £30,613.44
    2. There is an incentive scheme
    3. Free on-site parking.

    Client and Role:
    1. Our client is a children's 4 bed residential care home.
    2. The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met.
    3. Leading and inspiring a staff team and taking responsibility for their training, development, supervision, and rotas.
    4. This role is about being a positive role model to the children and young people.
    5. Delivering the Children's Standards in the home.

    Successful Applicant:
    1. Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting.
    2. Must hold a full and valid UK driving license.
    3. Hold a Level 4 Children Young People & Families Practitioner.
    4. Have experience with OFSTED.
