**Group Financial Control Manager

  • Reading (Hybrid Working)
- £65,000-£70,000 + Car Allowance & Bonus

  • ACA/ACCA/ICAEW**IN2 Consult is currently supporting a market leading business with a revenue in excess of $650 Million on the recruitment of a Group Financial Control Manager
to join their growing group finance team.

This Financial Control Manager role includes the following duties:

  • Manage and lead the yearly external audit process
  • Implement and help to drive a successful financial controls framework across the business
  • Business partner with key internal stakeholders to push internal controls rollout
  • Leading the monthly and yearly consolidation process under IFRS standards
  • Line manage the senior statutory accountant
  • Assist with the preparation of group level accounts
  • Ad-Hoc Duties
  • ACCA/ACA/ICAEW Fully Qualified
  • Audit background
  • Strong experience in IFRS and/or FRS 102 reporting standards
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills
  • Strong understanding of successful internal controls functions
