Description
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 tramper drivers for our client running out of Hull/ Immingham
Please note this is ongoing work with immediate starts available.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and be happy to work hard on their own initiative.

Excellent customer service skills will be expected for dealing with customersand other sites.

About the role:

  • As an LGV CE driver you will be running curtainsided continental trailers and delivering general cargo around the UK, reload and return back to port
  • Can be multidrop trailers up to a maximum of 5 drops
  • Although some runs may not involve nights out our client is primarily interested in drivers who can do tramping work

Hours of work:
Start times vary from 0400 to 0900hrs with shifts available Monday to Friday plus occasional Saturday or Sunday work if you wish

Pay (PAYE only):
Monday to Friday - £13.50p/h
Saturday - £15.00p/h
Sunday/Bank Holiday - £16.50p/h
Nights Out Allowance - £25.00 per night out
ADR Allowance - £20.00 per day if using an ADR trailer (ADR Trained Drivers only)
At least 2 years Class 1 driving experience
An up to date CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Be 25 years or over for insurance purposes
Have no more than 6 points for minor offences only
