Senior Sales Manager required in Horsham
£35k Basic, £70k OTE + company car

We have a vacancy for an experienced and successful Sales Manager to join our Client's successful Main Dealer Sales team in West Sussex.

The Sales Manager, in addition to having all of the traditional responsibilities of sales management, is one a three person senior management team that includes Aftersales and Finance/Admin, reporting to the owner/Dealer Principal.

The right person will:

Be motivated to be successful and lead a winning team
Have a proven track record in delivering profitability
Be conscious of Stock Control
Be able to motivate and drive an existing team of Sales Executives
Have Main Dealer experience
Hold a full UK driving licence
