We are a full service IFA and mortgage broking firm looking to add a mortgage broker to out team to carry on the growth we are enjoying.

CWF are looking for a qualified mortgage broker looking for an opportunity to join a small and high performing team, taking advantage of the existing customer client bank with incentives to add to their client list.

CeMap (or equivalent) is required, and experience of the mortgage/property industry. We don't required previous mortgage advising experience if the applicant can demostrate experience in related professions/industries.

Our office is located by Waterloo station.

The successful applicant will want to come to the office in the main, to share experiences and learn from the other team members in both the mortgage and wealth advice departments.

Basic salary is £26-£30k depending on experience. Commission structure will allow c. £45k total income in the first year, with £65k+ after 2 years expected.
