We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to the Director to join our team and provide high-level support to the Director as well as assist with other activities relating to the running of the Institute as a whole.


About the role:

The Executive Assistant is a key member of the IGH Admin team.

The postholder will provide support to the IGH Director including managing all correspondence, extensive diary management, arranging appointments, meetings, visits, preparation for meetings including coordinating speakers, agenda and papers, taking minutes, preparing reports, interviews and other events and taking forward specific projects.


The postholder will also provide the first point of contact for staff, students, visitors and external agencies, organize and service various meetings, organize events and provide general admin support.

This is a permanent, full-time post.

Salary range:
£40,524 - £48,763 per annum (including London Allowance), depending on experience.
