    Description

    Job Title: Principal Driveline Engineer

    We are seeking a talented Principal Driveline Engineer to lead our Transmission and Driveline division. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that the right components are delivered to the right cars at the right time.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Leading a dedicated team of engineers in the technical development of our ICE and hybrid sports cars
    • Defining system-level architecture and setting component targets
    • Ensuring alignment of CAD and system BOM
    • Conducting comprehensive Design Reviews and making critical technical decisions
    • Building strong relationships with external technical partners

    To succeed in this role, you must be a skilled multitasker with exceptional time management abilities and strong communication skills. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively are also essential.

    You will have a deep understanding of driveline design principles and experience in delivering complex automotive systems. Proficiency in CAD systems, particularly Siemens PLM TeamCentre and NX Software, is preferred.

    A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, as is a comprehensive understanding of automotive product creation systems, failure mode avoidance tools, and manufacturing processes.

    This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the design and performance of our vehicles.

    The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
