Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is looking for a Ward Product Manager to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed term position based at QEUH stores with a rotational dayshift/nightshift pattern:

7.5 HRS Dayshift Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Nightshift Sun-Thur 10pm-6am (Rotational work)

As a Ward Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Providing internal supply chain services to assist theatres, wards, and departments by organizing and replenishing supplies
Checking and replenishing supplies at theatre, ward, and department level to maintain adequate levels
Producing reports and analysis to ensure stocked items meet operational needs
Liaising with portering services for timely delivery of goods
Assisting theatres, wards, and departments with supply-related issues
Establishing and maintaining computerized systems for supplies information
