We're a well established company and they now need you to take them to that higher level. They don't and have never done lead generation marketing and so with your expertise, there are exciting times ahead.

About your new Lead Generation Marketing Exec role:
You'll be the team's first Lead Gen marketer and as such, you'll lead, develop and implement the following:


  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy:

Content creation: Develop and execute the content marketing strategy; creating high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, white papers, infographics) is essential for attracting and nurturing leads.

Marketing tech and automation: Utilising marketing platforms and tools that streamline lead capture and qualification processes, making the lead generation process more efficient; Klaviyo, WordPress, WooCommerce and Adenzo (CRM).

Data analysis and campaign measurement: Analyse lead generation data and measure campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimise future campaigns.

Lead qualification and distribution: Qualifying leads ensures that the sales team is spending their time on the most promising prospects. You'll be responsible for qualifying leads and distributing them to the sales team for follow-up.

Staying up-to-date: The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving. You love staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company's lead generation efforts are effective.

To thrive in this Lead Generation Marketing Exec role, you'll have the following skills, experience and personality traits:

  • Lead generation / growth marketing experience within B2B.
  • Proven and solid ability to build out, launch, analyse, iterate and then rinse and repeat effective lead gen marketing campaigns.
  • Able to know what the data is telling you about your campaigns.
  • Love hitting lead gen targets
  • Able to work well with an established account management team who know their stuff
  • If you're looking for a big corporate company with a large open plan office and take over from another marketer, then this role is unlikely to be for you.
  • You're a likeable and nice person to have on the sales and marketing team. We have a strictly no a** policy here.
  • Wordpress, WooCommerce and Klaviyo experience would be a major win.
  • And you love olives (ideally)

This is a brand new role so no shoes to fill, and you'll be supporting a multi-award winning company who have major plans for the next 3-5 years here in the UK.

It is a full-time role, however we would consider a part-time / 4 day a week role if that better suits you.

Starting Salary:
£28,000


On Target Earnings (OTE): £32,000 to £40,000+
