THE OPPORTUNTIY:
The clinic enjoys a worldwide reputation for excellence in clinical care and research. You will be working alongside an experienced and expert team of surgeons, optometrists and other professionals.

Training is provided to meet our standard operating procedures, unique techniques and eye care; previous experience in a refractive environment is not a requirement.


THE ROLE:

The role involves:

  • Meeting and greeting patients and ensuring an outstanding level of customer service is provided.
  • Managing and coordinating our busy Surgeon and Optometrist diaries as well as communicating with our nursing and sales team in order to facilitate a smooth patient journey.
  • Coordinating patients on their day of surgery; reassuring and guiding them.
  • Booking appointments and dispensing drops.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

You have:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a front of house role.
  • Ideally some experience with administrative tasks.
  • Outgoing, friendly manner.
  • Enjoy providing warm, professional care to patients.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic.
  • You enjoy working in a fast paced, highly pressured environment where excellence in patient care is the paramount goal.
  • You must be able to multitask and juggle a large workload as well as being confident in communicating with people from all walks of life.
WHO WOULD THIS ROLE BE GREAT FOR?

  • You are someone who loves to work in a demanding, challenging environment as part of a close knit team where everyone is friendly and supportive of the goal.
  • You enjoy being organised and juggling many different tasks at the same time.

  • Postsecondary education would be advantageous but not essential.

THE HOURS:
The typical shift schedule can vary from time to time, but generally comprises

of 06:30-15:00, 08:00-16:30, 09:00-17:30, 09:30-18:00, 10:30-19:00; :00 Monday through to Friday.


You will be expected to work Saturdays on a rota basis (approximately 1 in 5) with a day off in the week.


PACKAGE:
A basic salary of £28,000.

There is potential for overtime hours including some weekend work and pay. We provide private health insurance and private dental insurance to all our full-time staff.
