LINUX ENGINEER - OUTSIDE IR3- REMOTE - £450-£465pd


Loriens client requires an experienced Linux Engineer with a strong background in administration and identity management to assist their Security and Identity Teams with several priority technology deliveries.


You will work closely with other teams to support the adoption of Cloud services (AWS, M365 etc), to continuously make improvements to our network and endpoint security posture, as well as supporting wider business areas such as the internal Risk and Governanceteams to provide a strong, sustainable assurable framework for security controls across the organisation.

Main deliverables

  • Manage, maintain, and improve Linux Identity Management across the Redhat and Ubuntu estates
  • Deploy and integrate the required configuration to support the Privileged Access Management initiative
  • Deploy and integrate the required configuration to support the Vulnerability and Threat Management initiative
  • Manage, maintain, and improve Network Access Control automation scripts for the posture assessment of the Linux estate
  • Assist with development of a secure RHEL8 automated build
